RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final and are strictly non-refundable.
Returns will only be permitted when an item is proven to be incorrectly described or inauthentic. Items are only considered incorrectly listed within the bounds of good sense (for instance, if the presence of one scratch is mentioned in the description and there turns out to be a minor second scratch, return will not be permitted). Cost of return postage will be covered by buyer.
We can only agree that an item is inauthentic if you have written letter of evidence from any of these accepted third-party authenticators: Bababebi, Entrupy
After 7 days from date of receipt by the buyer, the item is no longer eligible for refunds disputes.
In the case of where item has been agreed to be returned, item must be returned unworn, unused, and not damaged in any way. If it is suspected that a buyer has used or worn an item, then the refund may be refused and the item returned to the buyer. All returned item must be packed in exact condition as they were sent to buyer and item should be delivered with registered delivery or tracked courier (with direct signature required) and returned to our business address or else returns will not be accepted. Proof of postage must be provided upon delivery.
We are not liable or be responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post. Insurance to cover your return package is on buyer’s discretion.
