Shipping policy

[OVERSEAS PURCHASES]

We aim to dispatch your items within the same or next business day upon receipt of full payment, but in unusual circumstances or busy periods, your order will be dispatched the day after. In an unusual circumstances where we fail to dispatch your item within the stated time frame, VCC will not accept any liability for it. 

• Delivery providers: DHL Worldwide Express. Tracked with direct signature required. We maintain the autonomy to deliver via any provider at any given time

• Delivery timeframe: Delivery time frame s different depending where you are located around the world. Usually it will be within 3-7 working days for Europe and North America region, and 1-3 working days for Asia region. A tracking number will be provided upon delivery of you item. We reserve the right to withdraw Channel Islands and some International Deliveries at any time

• Customs/ Duties: We will not be liable for any local customs import duty or any custom matters, the recipient is responsible for paying the duty if any or liaising with their local customs for all matters. As the recipient, you decide and let us know what and how much you’d like to declare on the parcel. Get in touch to see how we can help

• Insurance: We are not liable for any loss goods or damage items. Insurance is an option under the buyer's cost. If insurance under the courier company is preferred, it should be told to us before shipping label is issued and the additional costs can be advised.  Alternatively, buyer is free to engage third party insurance companies and to that end, also ensure that we are kept inform on how the parcel should be packed and declared in order for claims eligibility. 

In an unusual event where parcel is not delivered, please contact us and allow 60 days for delivery company to investigate.
